I run Richie’s Auto Detailing because I think the detail industry runs on too many shortcuts and too few records. When you hand someone the keys to a $60,000 truck and they hand it back two hours later, you should know exactly what they did, what they used, and what’s warrantied.
That’s why every job I do gets a paper trail. Products, processes, areas treated, warranty terms — all of it goes into a service-history record you keep for your records and forward to a buyer when you sell. Buyers pay more for a documented car. So the work isn’t just about the finish today — it’s about the resale conversation two years from now.

Inspection on arrival
Every job starts with a walkaround. We document the condition of the paint, interior, and any pre-existing damage with timestamped photos so the work is provable later. If the vehicle needs upscaled services beyond the booked package, we discuss it before a single product comes out of the truck.

By-hand technique
Two-bucket hand wash. Microfiber-only drying. Iron decontamination. Clay bar treatment. Multi-stage polishing where the paint warrants it. No automatic-wash shortcuts, no rinseless gimmicks on neglected paint, no production-shop assembly-line cuts — the technique is what makes the difference between a wash and a detail.

Pro-grade products only
Professional ceramic coatings (5-year warranties), pH-neutral foam pre-soaks, leather-specific conditioners, and dedicated wheel-face decontamination products. We bring the same chemistry the high-end shops use to your driveway.

Documented finish
When the job is done, you get a service-history record: the package booked, the products applied, the areas treated, the warranty terms. When you sell the car, you forward that record to the buyer. Documented detail history adds resale value — it's why we call ourselves the detailer who comes documented.
